The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was really nice! Lots of choices and great quality. I traveled alone and my room was very spacious, quiet and safe, and of course, very clean. The shower room was extremely great with stable hot water. Shampoo, shower gel and towels are provided. You got everything you need for travel in your room. The location was good, not far from New street train station. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again.
