Beautiful room, attention to detail and decor, treats for the guest like bathrobes, slippers, welcoming chocolates etc. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Cameron who did our check-in, he went the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and he also helped us to plan our trip around the city to make the most out of the limited time we had in York. Breakfast was worth the money. Access to parking on the premises was also a win for us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Loved the room, upgrade to the hot tub rooms if you can. We requested a coffee machine on arrival and it was there, really clean and comfy room. We would 100% go back !! Great check in and staff super friendly.

    Three nights was not long enough as there are so many places...

    Three nights was not long enough as there are so many places in York and in surroundings to see. Haxby village itself is pleasant but go towards York and you find an historic model village provided by the Rowntree factory owners.
