    Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds.

Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds. The hotel is very clean throughout from the rooms, leisure areas including the pool and dining area. The breakfast options and food is amazing definitely recommend including breakfast. The rooms maybe dated slightly but very clean and has everything you need. I would recommend anyone to stay here 😁

Beautiful estate. Lots of space to walk the dog.

Beautiful estate. Lots of space to walk the dog. The cottages looked lovely although we stayed in the hotel and the room was great and spacious. The sports centre looked great and the pool area was clean and looked good. We didn't use it though. The tennis courts were well used. There were stables and horse riding could be arranged. There was a marquee with a wedding taking place. This finished by midnight so didn't disturb us. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The restaurant was dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay and explores the harbour villages of the east coast and St Andrew's.

    Lovely villa and grounds!

Lovely villa and grounds! Perfect for what we needed however sofa bed a complete disaster. Need to invest in something abit more comfortable and make sure there are sheets left for using as we had none and was 1 o’clock in morning before we realised it! Not that we ended up using it anyway as could feel every spring and far too small. Should be advertised as 6 berth and possibly 2 x children (under 5) could use sofa bed. Restaurant really good but quite expensive !

There are no places to eat in Kilconquhar itself.

There are no places to eat in Kilconquhar itself. Our favourite place to eat was in Upper Largo. Kilconquhar is a good base to get around lovely coastal areas like Elie, Anstruther, Crail and St Andrews without having to travel too far.

Room was very good...a little biscuit would be nice! Would have liked more info in room about what else was available on site. Think there was a second" fine dining restaurant?" Info in room would be useful

First-class hotel in wonderful parkland. Extremely comfortable room with (almost) everything you could wish for, and a lovely walk-in shower. The Scottish Fine Soaps lotions provided were a luxurious bonus, as was the free wi-fi. Dinner on our first night in the Bistro was excellent, and the kitchen prepared a breakfast pack as we had to start very early the next day. Breakfast on the days we were there was substantial and tasty. The dog and I enjoyed some bracing walks around the immaculately-kept estate grounds.

We had been left something for breakfast, which was very welcome. We enjoyed the peaceful location, including the field with the horses. The cottage was very well-equipped and comfortable. with the bonus of a little seating area in the back garden. We enjoyed our evening lap round Kilconquhar with the dog, including at least one stop in the very friendly Kinneuchar Inn!

Beautiful dog friendly ottage in a lovely quiet location. Faced a horse padock. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed. Enclosed garden which was ideal as we had our dog with us. Good value for money too. Very comfortable bed. Lovely walk nearby to Kilconquhar Estate, and wander through village.Lovely little welcome pack too and treats for dog too.

Lovely hotel with plenty of facilities to use. Room was spacious and clean. Ate dinner at the restaurant both nights - no other real options close by. Not a huge range but good food all the same. Staff very friendly.
