Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC. Great location right next to the Grand Union Canal. Staff where all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. We were delayed by traffic and could not reach a human contact to discuss the options and arrange late entry to the hotel. In the end we did not gain entry and had to make alternative arrangements.
