The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely sincere. They supported us in every aspect of our needs, both during the meeting and throughout our stay. It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch. We truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Everything was absolutely amazing. I went for the Comic Con, and I had the view exactly towards the building itself. It was very satisfying. The room was clean , the bed comofrtable, and I did love the streaming option for the TV. The internet was great! I had an iron in the room, which is super comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! I loved evey minute of my stay there. November will go again! I'm pretty sure Dale Cooper would love that coffee! And the fact that i received a whole pot of coffee in the mornings.

Fantastic conversion that celebrates the old with the new. I like the dark corridors, although lots of others did not. Short taxi into town and beautiful place to relax and stay. Rooms are outstanding

    Really Vibrant City.

Really Vibrant City. There's plenty to see especially if you are a fan of The Beatles. The city certainly lives on the bands history. If you like football then you've a choice of the two big clubs or even a trip over the Mersey to Tranmere Rovers (our destination and a good day we had). The City seems to come alive at night and there are so many choices of places to eat, drink or dance the night away. A real mix of local people and tourists.

Trip on the Mersey was value for money £12 for 50 minutes on the ferry. Cavern club well worth a visit, you pay £5 to get in , but live music on . Our hotel gave us a map which was very useful. Plenty of eating place covering a wide range of choices. Plenty of well know shops in the centre. Would happily visit again.

Liverpool has a lot of history to explore while also being a modern, exciting city to explore. With so many bars and restaurants there is something for everyone. The center is lively and most bars have live music or karoake so just walking around is an experience in itself. I would highly recommend a walk around the docs to get a sense of what a remarkable city this is and it's involvement with global trade and impact on the fortunes of the UK. Whilst Liverpool has been massively rejuvenated there remains so many fabulous old buildings to get a sense of it's incredible history.

Been meaning to come to Liverpool for sometime. Did not disappoint. Had a wonderful time exploring the city. Even though I am not a Beatles fan (sorry) There is so much more to do. People were friendly and welcoming. Having been to other major city's this is right up there for a place to return.

    Fabulous city break.

Fabulous city break. We did 3 tours and would recommend them all. The River cruise was informative with excellent views of the city, The Liver building tour was brilliant, very informative but you will need to climb nearly 200 steps to get to the top. There is a break when you can watch a short presentation inside the clock face of one of the towers. The view at the top is exceptional.

The room was bright and very clean. It was very small but there is ample shelf room for your gear. It's also a short walk to the Albert docks and the city centre. The room was also windowless below ground level. It's the first city break I've had in Liverpool and I would certainly stay here again. Excellent value.
