The restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful in meeting all my extra dietary needs and times, which was greatly appreciated as I had to travel early. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Also it is near the train station which made transfers easy.

Can't comment on breakfast but we had a family dinner in the restaurant the first evening and the menu was varied and interesting and very well prepared and served. One guest found a problem with one main course and it was replaced immediately without question. The room we had was large, comfortable, clean and had a lovely bathroom with superb large shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient even when the two small children who came with our family group got very boisterous. The location on the edge of the countryside yet a pleasant walk or short drive to Farsley centre is perfect. Big car park at no charge was the icing on the cake for us when many hotels now charge for parking. Thank you for an excellent stay.

    Very handy place to park car for free on street.

    Very handy place to park car for free on street. Quiet street and quiet neighbourhood. very practical to walk to local shops (Waitrose supermarket at Green Road and Headingley high street). At junstion of Meanwood Road and Green Road, try the cafe bar Number 8, who makes lovely generous burgers. Had delicious italian meal at Salvo's and a Thai fantastic value for money large portion dishes at Zaap Thai Street Food of Headingley (corner of St Anne's Road and Otley Road).

    We had a really good stay in Rory’s property for our long weekend away. The place looked exactly like the photos advertised, and the cleanliness throughout was impressive. He was a helpful host in giving us the things we need, would recommend to other and will be back again!
