I made the reservation for my brother-in-law who had never travelled abroad on his own and doesn't speak English. So I am writing this review on his behalf, quoting what he told me upon his return to Greece: "I had a great time at the hotel and feel extremely grateful for all the help and support I received from the exceptional staff. Nice little cottage, very cozy and lovely but with morden kitchen and bathroom. Would be great to have a hair dryer but no harm in that, will bring one alone next time. The experience is far exceeded our expectations. My family loved the time we spent there.

easy to park and unload bags, it was comfortable and cosy. the kitchen utensils are complete, and the host is very kind to provide wifi password on the wall. all switches were labelled, easy to navigate which switch to off or on. this unit is very spaces for large family, with lots of entertainment and spacious bedrooms. bicester village is only 6 mins away and we had a lovely time here.

The house was easy to locate.. in a quiet location but close to shops cash point machine and pub which we visited for evening meal which was reasonable, very enjoyable and two minutes walk from the house. One of our guests was in a wheelchair and the house was wheelchair friendly with ground floor bedroom shower and wc along with lounge kitchen and garden. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need and plenty of room to entertain a large groupwashing machine and tumble dryer very useful and easy to use, as was the dish washer and cooker. Large garden with furniture which was enjoyable to sit in and watch the resident hedgehog scurry about in the early evening. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. All of our party complimented the rooms they stayed in and the USB points in the bedside lamps were also very useful. The entire property was well maintained and extremely clean. I would highly recommend this property.

    Such a cute little place to stay set in a beautiful location...

    Such a cute little place to stay set in a beautiful location. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. I met the house sitters during my stay who were super friendly and welcoming, I even got some hone grown tomatoes and strawberries. I wanted to be close to Blenheim and Woodstock so this place was half an hour away. It was the perfect compromise due to the cost which was much more within my budget than other places closer I loved the Outlook into the horse pasture watching the red kites and the rabbits. WiFi was excellent. I had everything I needed all compacted into a small space. Thankfully the weather on the whole was good so I could utilise the outside space, if it were raining and you were there for any length of time, I could imagine it would get a bit claustrophobic but used as a base for exploring the area, it is ideal. The only downside was the size of the bed is on the smaller side but was super comfy once I was able to clamber up onto the bed. At 5ft 3, the bed was a little high for me to easily get on and off so if anyone has any mobility issues, it would be a problem, however a stepping stool could help this. There were no comfortable chairs to sit on either so the bed was the only option to lounge. There was a stool inside and a garden chair outside. The option to use an outdoor bbq and firepit was lovely, not that I got to use it on this occasion. I had the use of toiletries and towels which saved me packing space bringing my own! The fridge was over efficient and super cool to the point my milk was semi frozen which I didn't realise until the morning I was leaving but guessing I could have turned this down? I couldn't believe how many facilities were fit into this space, very well done and a lovely rustic feel. Would definitely recommend for a short stay and would love to go back.
