Booking was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was and my one evening meal were excellent. The staff are very efficient, attentive and friendly. Our stay at Pauline’s home in England was absolutely outstanding. We had the entire house to ourselves, with one or two additional guests, and it honestly felt like we had our own private home in a different country. The space was warm, welcoming, and had everything we could’ve possibly asked for. What really made this experience so special was the hospitality. Even though Pauline wasn’t there in person, she made sure we were looked after in every way. Her son and sister checked in on us, offered help, and genuinely made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It went far beyond what you’d expect—kind, thoughtful, and personal in the best way. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless, and every corner felt cared for. It was peaceful, cozy, and the perfect base for our time in England. We can’t thank Pauline and her family enough for such a memorable and heartwarming stay. If you get the chance to stay here—take it.
