Property/room exactly as described/pictured by host. Great location and easily accessible by public transport. Very clean and comfortable with provided toiletries and bottled water/tea and coffee making facilities. Host very helpful and information and communication pre stay excellent. Great value accommodation for the area and would definitely book again.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 as we were attending a show there. As well as the very convenient location and easy access to public transport to/from central London, everything else impressed us: beautifully appointed and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great views from the bars and brasserie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future visits to the O2.

the staff has been very kind and competent at the same time. My room was very bright and internet was amazing, so I could work very easily from the room. The breakfast it is very various, everything was cooked in an amazing way and the breakfast room was amazing. Fully recommended!

    The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
