Clean bathroom, clean room. The room and bathroom are well lit and air conditioned. Decor is elegant and warm. Beautiful garden with a big old tree. Plenty of parking space. Lose to town centre with many shops. Food is good and tasty.

I really appreciated being able to bring a take away in, have the plates etc. provided whilst we relax and have a few drinks in the bar. It’s a shame you don’t do dinners but 10/10 for being superstars and allowing people to bring food in for dinner. Breakfast was 1st class, well done chef!! We have just returned home to NZ. We will definitely stay with you again.

Very comfy bed, friendly staff and good location, walking distance into town. Free parking included next to the hotel. Was given the option to change to twin beds instead of the double, allowed the choose which we wanted which was nice.

A lovely barge with a well appointed interior, good size lounge and kitchen and a comfy bed. I immediately loved it, made me want to live on a boat! What was also a really good feature was the outside space up on the deck, I couldn’t really utilise it as the weather was poor, but I did think it was very good. The property had everything you could need, a little home away from home. I had my puppy with me and he had a merry time, he especially enjoyed one of the doggy biscuits that were thoughtfully there in the kitchen alongside some dog bowls.

    Peldon was very nice, we went into 2 pubs which we ate in...

    Peldon was very nice, we went into 2 pubs which we ate in on both occasions The Peldon Rose and The Peldon, both had lovely food and very welcoming. You had a couple of supermarkets there if you needed them..we ordered a takeaway on the first evening and it was lovely .we had a car so we drove everywhere.
