Highly recommend this lovely motel, very clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. Came in January but the grounds of the motel look like a wonderful place to sit out on a summer evening and relax. Owner is a lovely chap. Go and visit The Swan you'll not be disappointed 🙂

The Boarding House has a beautiful natural garden, where herbs and flowers thrive. It is a lovely place to relax and unwind. This accommodation is highly recommended! The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits were amazing. I wish they’d had bags of them for sale! The breakfast was also amazing, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The hotel was in an excellent location. A short walk into beautiful Southwold. We would definitely love to stay again.

    We went to the sealife centre in Great Yarmouth and then had fish and chips, a truly British seaside experience Had an excellent meal at The Crown, Southwold A smaller seaside with a lovely pier to wander along. We went into the town of Southwold, didn't have much time as we went for a meal but it looked very nice and worth another visit
