I have to start by saying a big thank you to Richard and Marianne who are quite excellent hosts at the Plough Inn. The property we stayed in was spotless and the continental breakfast we had ordered was delivered to our room. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and the service was outstanding. Information on local walks were available from Marianne and the countryside around Stalisfield Green is lovely with fields of Wheat and Barely swaying in the wind interspersed with vibrant wild flower meadows full of brilliant yellow buttercups. The paths are well waymarked for walkers and with just the occasional broken style or overgrown footpath. Overall a lovely village and Inn.Guest review byChrisUnited Kingdom
