This was a fantastic hotel and I cannot fault anything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, my room was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable. I really liked the homely feel I felt from the hotel and the room itself.

Really pleased with the staff that served us had a problem with the key but they managed to sort that for us within seconds great friendly staff drinks are cheap and staff are easy too have a laugh with while also remaining really respectful and professional 10/10 experience great prices on food too!

    We wanted to visit my parents grave and visit family so it was perfect for us. Food at the White Horse was good and reasonably priced. There is a beautiful lake at Strichen. It’s lovely to see the swans especially when they’ve got cygnets.
