The best place I have stayed in London so far. The room was clean, spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff were responsive to my needs and room was cleaned daily. The property is three minutes walk to the bus stop hence commute was easy. I will definitely stay there the next time am in London.

From the very start of our journey to London, Ann's thoughtful call reassured us that assistance was just a heartbeat away if needed. Upon our arrival, Ann's warm smile and welcoming drink set the perfect tone for our stay. This initial conversation with her was more than just a welcome; it was a friendly exchange where she learned about our plans and interests. Meanwhile, the attentive porters discreetly whisked our luggage to our room, leaving us free to unwind in the cozy lounge while sipping sparkling wine. Henry's Townhouse stands out from the usual crowd of hotels. It's not your typical chain hotel found everywhere. Instead, it's a unique gem, filled with character, elegance, and personal touches that make it a true haven of British charm. We indulged in delicious breakfasts in the charming downstairs dining area each morning. The best part? You can customize your breakfast to your liking. The food truly showcased culinary artistry. Our room was a haven of comfort with a touch of vintage elegance. The Victorian-style bed was exceptionally cozy, and the bathroom was wonderfully equipped with all necessities. The bath was a work of art, so much so that it almost begged for romantic relaxation. The staff ensured our room was replenished daily, leaving a delightful surprise of an ice bucket and cappuccino essentials in the fridge. The presence of fresh flowers added a lovely touch to both our room and the entire hotel. Our vacation was remarkable, and a significant part of that was thanks to where we stayed and the exceptional hospitality we experienced. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ann; we can't recommend Henry's Townhouse enough. This place has earned a special place in our hearts.

    Great location for going to a Coldplay concert at Wembley.

    Great location for going to a Coldplay concert at Wembley. The bus stop just over the road, one bus straight to Wembley and the night bus straight back. Super easy and quick after a major event and so much easier than trying to take the underground with 86995 other concert goers! Although we couldn't check in early (previous visitors hadn't left on time or left it nice so the apartment needed a lot of attention!) we could drop our bags in the apartment and get changed into our concert fits quickly. The owners were very accommodating of our needs. On our return the apartment was shiny clean and refreshed. No sign of the earlier mess. We were 2 women with 3 teenage girls and stayed two nights. We were all comfy and happy with the apartment although we could have done with a second mirror available for all the makeup application!! There is only one in a bedroom. There is a great sainsbury's just around the corner to grab anything you need. All in so we were extremely happy with our stay

    Very satisfying!

    Very satisfying! The location is conveniently close to the station, the instructions are clear, and the studio meets my expectations. There's a lovely local shop just around the corner. Overall, everything is great, but the rating could be even higher.
