The owner is a lovely man which we really enjoyed have a chat with! The location of the property is amazing, very quite, lovely view and very close (within walking distance) from train station and amenities. The property itself is a gem, outstanding furniture's and facilities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

This property has everything you need to feel totally at home. We love to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped. The space is much larger than we expected, and to get to Edinburgh was a short walk to the train and an easy line costing 6 pounds for a round trip.

    There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown.

    There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown. Lots of fish and chip shops! There are no decent restaurants close by. The Best Western Hillcroft is supposed to have a good restaurant I found the food awful there. The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. There is nothing to do in Whitburn.

    Lovely wee town and we traveled from Belfast Northern Ireland for 4 days to visit my daughter who's living there now absolutely loved it beautiful place and handy with the buses to get to and from lots of places even to the train station would definitely recommend a home from home feel and less busier than main city's

    All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We are in the hotel one night and had breakfast both mornings of our stay and the food was lovely. We were spending time in Falkirk and Edinburgh during our stay and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to and from each.

    The hotel was clean, fresh and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.the room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and both were very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

    What looked like a brand new renovation.. good location not far from the m8 and the host was very helpful.. I really enjoyed the stay . Better for me than a hotel room . Small kitchen unit was a bonus..
