It was great. We had our own "cabin"-like unit, with a great view over the ocean. We swam in the ocean, although few people did that due to the fairly rough waves. But the pool next to the dining building is very good. The dining building is also beautiful, with a grand verandah with a super view over the ocean. The food was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful views from this quirky property. Loved the outside shower and the bed on the mezzanine. Nice little kitchen area for simple meals although we opted for Lucinda to cook for us on two nights. Great beaches nearby - Davey was quiet and full of wildlife and Bathway was just like being in a bath! Highly recommended.

The Clubhouse is located in Mt. Granby so it's a steep climb from Gouyave, but if you can manage it, well worth the effort (for instance, you can gather ripe mangoes by the side of the road along the way). Otherwise, there are several transport options available. The view from the spacious veranda is of a forest that starts immediately below and so the soundscape during both day and night is simply amazing. The staff are just wonderful. I was staying in a suite which was spacious and well equipped and the bed was comfy.

Great location. I love how discrete and private it was. The lodge is surrounded by lush nature and it’s possible to explore the coast and find local gems, such as an abandoned old village facing the ocean. the food was really good and the staff super friendly.
