The employees make you feel the most welcome in this most beautiful landscape. They know the valley as no other, always ready to facilitate you in anything you need. The setting of the hotel is stunning and for food we never ordered of a menu, we were simply asked what we would like for dinner. We need to come back here!

Everything was great. The rooms are very new and modern, the location is good, the views are nice (facing the mountaints). But the best part was the host. Even though she did not speak English and we did not speak Georgian, she made us feel very welcome. And her home-made breakfast was 10/10!
