We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. This was my second stay at this hotel on my way to the mountains of Svaneti. It’s a very cozy place, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the same room as before. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to breakfast, but I’m sure it must be delicious and homemade. What I really appreciate is that the owners listen to their guests and read reviews—there was a bath mat in the bathroom this time! Such attention to detail makes a difference.
