The staff and the hotel really deserves our highest recommendation. Apart from it being super spacious for our family with royalty feeling that our kids especially loved, and with a brilliant sheltered parking in such a central location, the staff went out of their way to help us and to bring us two times things we had forgotten at the hotel. 10 stars from us!!

My stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was nothing short of delightful. It was hard to believe that HOTEL WEST TBILISI is rated as a 3-star hotel; my experience was definitely more aligned with that of a 4-star establishment. Oh my God this is one of the best places I have ever been in...from day 1 people treat you so amazing...starting from the receptionist Teo...Gia ,Kathy the cleaning lady and even the owners are so nice and humble...they try to really make you feel like you are at home...so cozzy so clean...amazing breakfast and great wine and sweet grapes!!Also they let you use the kitchen in case you want to make some food at no extra cost...even if you need to wash the clothes they just charge you 10lari for use and they even give the washing product!!!After all this comfortness I will pick this place as my get away secret place...its also so quiet and relaxing for those days where you dont want to see anyone!Plus carrefour its right next door that you just have to cross the street...which is in a mall where you find such good prices!!I categorize this place as 10 of 10!!!Also comfortable bed...pillows...and spacious room with its heater in case of cold...and even at heater in the bathroom to hang your washed clothes...so what else can you ask???Nothing!!😍😍😍😍so dont hesitate on picking this hotel for your get away!!!
