Excellent new hotel in the heart of Borjomi, built with much taste and great care. Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible, so kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful choices to enjoy. There was terrace with an amazing view. They gave us extra water bottles for free when we left. A special thank you to the administrator – you were absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! We will definitely come back soon. ❤️❤️🥰🥰

Had the most amazing stay at Evergreen if only just to meet Zura and his wife who are among the kindest people I have ever met. For example, I was tired after driving from Tbilisi (if you have driven in Georgia you will understand why :-)) and Zura was kind enough to drive us down to town in the evening and pick us up later. My car also had a battery issue and Zura again jumped in to solve the problem. The hotel is located in the middle of the forest but only a 5-min walk to the cable car which for 1€ takes you down to Borjomi. Once again, 110% recommend Hotel Evergreen as the best option to stay in Borjomi.

This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!
