I had a wonderful stay at Hotel West in Tbilisi. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. Sure! Here’s the English version: We spent at this hotel two nights, and I can say the experience exceeded my expectations! The staff is absolutely top-notch – the whole team, especially those at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home. A major plus was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were very tired and needed some rest. This gesture really showed how much they care about their guests, and we were truly impressed! As for the hotel itself, it’s a great choice for the price. The conditions are decent, and the services provided make the overall experience a pleasant one.

I liked the staff communication and responsiveness to any issue we had. The staff made us feel welcome. It was a joy to return to the hotel. It was in a location close to many convenience stores. Complimentary gifts. The room was spacious, with suitable facilities, and more than adequate for our needs. It included a terrace, and divided rooms, which allowed some privacy if necessary. The bidet was excellent. The heating system was efficient. There was a sofa, table, and chair. Clean room.

They are very responsive to inquiries and very accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they let me check-in early free of charge. Room is also clean and big and bed is comfortable. They also gave me a card for the bus and metro that can be reloaded. They also give you WhatsApp number so you can easily contact them for anything you need. Location is very convenient as Omnibus going to and from Kutaisi airport is literally just across the street. Also, the Bicycle Monument/Rose Revolution Square is also just across the street so very convenient if you book tours with Budget Friendly Tours Georgia.
