We stayed here as a family and couldn’t have been happier. The house is brand new, equipped with everything you could possibly need – and even more than I’ve seen anywhere else. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. But the most important thing is the hosts – their hospitality makes you feel like you’ve truly come home.

Clean room in really nice hotel. The owner was really kind, he made a tea for us and arranged a taxi to the bus station. Walking distance to the center is approximately 15 minutes.

This is a brand new hotel — everything is fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak very good English, which made communication easy. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it by a few extra days. Highly recommended!

The location is ideal - the hotel is in the very centre of Zugdidi, just off the main square, but looks out over the park with amazing views of the mountains beyond. The restaurant on the top floor allows you to appreciate this view while eating. The weather at the time of my stay was not good enough for sitting on the roof terrace but in summer this would be spectacular.

We arrived late in the day after a long journey down from the mountains and were given a warm welcome from the father of the family, who came out to our taxi to greet us. We spoke to his son Georgio who could speak very good English. His Mother provided us with Water Melon and a freshly cooked home made Georgian dish, which was delicious! The perfect, all you need, large accommodation is set in the large garden with use of the outside area and another great outside kitchen. The air conditioning was superb in the hot heat. Having the company of the family was a lovely experience but equally, they provide their guests with respectful privacy. The family dog was an added delight to our stay :) Set in a really nice, quiet suburban area of Zugdidi, a supermarket just a couple of 100yards away and walking distance to the city. Perfect location, we just wished we had booked for a longer stay and will definitely recommend Cosy Kvara77!
