We really liked everything! No words can describe how perfect, relaxing and quiet it was. Magnificent garden, beautiful rooms. We were welcomed with a big smile. It was an out of the world experience. It has everything you needed and more. Another big plus is its location: close to the bus stop, from where you can catch the bus to explore the island AND very close to the lovely centre of Apollonia. We arrived early the day of our check-in and they did everything they could to check us is as early as possible. We cannot wait to stay here again.

First of all, we are very happy to have met Maria and her sweet nephew. The location of the facility, the garden, and the houses were all better than we expected. Even though we only stayed for three nights, our room was cleaned every day and our coffee was replenished. We were very pleased with our stay here in Sifnos and would recommend it to everyone. Highly recommended to stay in this beautiful villa. It’s tastefully decorated, superclean and the outdoor areas are amazing: cosy terraces all around the house and a beautiful pool area with different lounge- and dinner areas, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and fire place. We stayed here end of October (short evenings), but it must be absolutely brilliant to spend Summer days and evenings here. The villa is private and spacious, yet on short walking distance from both Apollonia and Artemonas.

Where can I start? The apartment we rented was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spotless, and had an amazing view. Eleni is a fantastic host, doing everything she can to make you feel at home and guiding you to the best spots on the island. Breakfast was a highlight, different every day and homemade by Eleni. We’ll definitely come back. Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved the room, the amenities, the location and the warm welcome and check-out (with tasty almond cookies from the bakery associated with the hotel). Appolonia is a good base to explore the island. You can take a bus to all the major beaches/towns from here. Appolonia itself is a sweet town with lovely, welcoming people. There are also a number of really nice shops along the main walking street and restaurants. Finally, if you plan to hike around the trails of Sifnos Appolonia is the perfect place to start from.

Apollonia is a lovely town, and a really great base for exploring the island. The views are beautiful, there are great places to eat and drink, as well as shops selling local goods. It’s very close to a village which is full of ceramics workshops, and we loved visiting and meeting some of the potters and buying directly from them. The town is a short drive from pretty much every other place on the island. It has lovely views and is quiet and safe. It was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely return in future, Sifnos is my favourite Greek island that I’ve visited so far.

Having visited many Greek islands and the Cyclades in...

Having visited many Greek islands and the Cyclades in particular I can say that Sifnos is a delight!! The village of Apollonia is typical picture perfect with traditionally winding streets with blue and white buildings and a church at every turn. Lots of boutiques with local wares and lots of amazing restaurants. There are good bus routes from Apollonia to other villages on the island and at just €2 a journey why hire a car. Perfect for the real Greek experience.

The nightlife of Sifnos is concentrated in Apollonia. Here the famous alley the "steno" (narrow street) is home to commercial shops, restaurants, bars and clubs which are open until late at night!

They have many trails and we will be back, because we underestimated the many trails and the length of trails offered. You are in for an adventure. And, when we return, we too will be in for a continued adventure. This is an island and its people that you can fall in love with...

The hotel is well located being only a short walk from the port and the beach. The bus stop to the village is across the road. We had a nice room with a large terrace overlooking the bay. However, the shower was small and we did not have hot water. The welcome was good but breakfast did not vary. Not everyone wants toasted cheese sandwiches and hard boiled eggs for breakfast every time. A choice of omelette or other eggs would have been appreciated.

I had a great time at Nima Sifnos Residences! Eleni, the host, was super kind and hospitable. The stay exceeded my expectations. My apartment had a beautiful sea view where I could watch the sunrise, the location was perfect (just a 10 min walk to Apollonia), the breakfast was delicious, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Eleni also went above and beyond to give me recommendations for restaurants and beaches! I highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely loved Arhontou! The hosts were super friendly and warm, making me feel at home at all times. The breakfast was always hearty and delicious. Beatiful view from the balcony, as well. Extra point for the fact that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can time your departure for the beaches on the island. All in all, amazing place! Many thanks to the hosts!

Moscha was so welcoming and provided lots of local delights for us to try. Very thankful for a wonderful host! The apartment was conveniently located in the town of Apollonia allowing us to walk into town for any meals etc. The patio was great for relaxing after big days of adventures.

Stunning view of the village and the mountains. Great to be a short walk from both Artemonas village and Apollonia. The pool is gorgeous and there is a breeze that stops it from getting too hot. The staff were so friendly, and it attracts a really nice type of guest too.
