From the moment we arrived we were surprised by the tranquility and the beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated. With renovated bathrooms. Good location and good facilities. Lovely room very comfortable beds. Very clean creating a pleasant and healthy environment. Good value for money. A 5-minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. Sophia is always friendly, always smiling, always helpful, a fact that greatly enhanced our stay. I love Crete and now I have a hotel that I will definitely visit again.

The staff was amazing! Helped us with everything we need including food preferences, transportation in the city and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—right on the beach, in a charming and peaceful town that’s not too crowded. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shoutout to Andreas, the amazing event host who brings so much energy and joy to the place. He truly lifts the atmosphere, making every guest feel seen and appreciated. Andreas is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a great time—we can’t thank him enough! Also, Vasili the bartender was fantastic—professional, welcoming, and made excellent drinks. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the rooms were cozy and well-kept, and everything was spotless. If you stay on the lower levels, you can even hear the waves from your room—highly recommended!

The house is the most beautiful place where I have ever stayed in Crete and I have been in Crete many many times. I can only agree with the previous reviewers that it is so much better than the pictures are showing. Everything is new and you can feel how much love the owners have invested in the renovation. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, the bed extremely comfortable and the rooftop terrace the best place to enjoy breakfast, have drinks in the afternoon or evening. The hosts were amazing. I can definitely recommend staying at Villa Benjamin and with Jonas and Michael to 100%. And for sure I will come back next year.
