The entire place is a superb private spot to fully unwind, away from all the noise and party spots. We spent a week here in a private pool suite with the sea view and we're definitely considering coming back some day. Food Different than you'd usually expect in the traditional Greece cuisine, but the international options are very welcome and it shows they are aiming for more than average gastronomic standards. I see others complain about the food being lukewarm (it's true) but to me that just means you can eat as soon as it arrives which I honestly didn't mind 🤷 the mini-burgers and club sandwiches are 10/10! Rooms Spacious and cozy. Don't expect business-class luxury, to me it seems like everything here was designed with tranquility and relaxation in mind, from the materials to the color palette used throughout the whole place. Staff Professional but also approachable. They won't butt in unless asked to. They seem to be trained to leave you alone as much as possible, but they prove to be very nice if you start a conversation or ask questions. They are all very helpful and will try to help with any sort of requests. Noise We heard nothing from our neighbors' rooms, so that was good. Airplanes go by, but we got used to it pretty fast. You'll hear golf buggies passing by a group of friends laughing every now and then, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall it's very quiet. Ambiance Music at the breakfast is 10 / 10 (electronic lo-fi), at the day bar they play your usual resort-type, mellow covers. Goes very well with the greenery and earthy tones everywhere. Overall Absolutely gorgeous! This is a one of a kind place on top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees gardens. No matter where you look there's something beautiful to be admired everywhere, be it the very old olive trees, a beautiful lake-like pool or the amazing view towards the sea. This is now my first pick for a completely relaxing getaway

Everything. Hotel is super modern, luxurious and clean. Staff were very attentive and super friendly. Pool areas were beautiful, located right beside our room. We had lunch and snacks most days in the hotel and all the food was excellent.

Everything was perfect! We were assigned a family room with a spectacular sea view. Hosts were incredible, they helped us with the navigio tour, turtle spotting tour and rent a car at a good price. The breakfast was amazing too, they have a lot of options with different types of drinks. If I came back, I would definitely stayed again here.

I like the fact that the resort offers good prices, good food every day (we had all inclusive), good location for the moneys we paid. Rooms were big enough for 2 persons, cleaned every day, the balcony was ok.

    If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. Tsilivi is probably the best basis to visit all the rest of the island, very centered, but we were looking for a more relaxed and less"touristic" area.

    To me, it looks like a town organized for English tourists.

    To me, it looks like a town organized for English tourists. To much places, pubs are offering Sky Sports and specific European food. I prefer to see local taverns, with local food, local products and local music. Also, the city is family oriented. I highly recommend Yum Yum for food, Living Coffee for coffee, Trenta Nove Restaurant for a great desert and wine. Near the port, I recommend LIMANAKI Restaurant for great food and a great sunset view. As for the beach, I recommend the beach in front of Makai Resto Bar.

    We loved Tsilivi, it is not too quiet and not too busy.

    We loved Tsilivi, it is not too quiet and not too busy. There are plenty of good restaurants, the beach is very nice as well with a smooth entry in the water and a long distance until it becomes too deep. Most of the beach has suneds, a pair + an umbrella starts at 20 euros a day. There are also a few places to go for fun activities such as mini golf, bowling, pool and a game arena. The city is very close to the airport and other cities around that are worth a visit.

    We found Tsilivi to be absolutely lovely and very convenient – a place where you can find everything you’d want on vacation. There are plenty of sea sports and activities for all ages, along with many nice restaurants, bars, pastry shops, bakeries, and even apothekes, so you’re never missing anything. It’s a lively yet family-friendly area, offering something for everyone in our family to enjoy. Another big plus is its location – being so close to Zakynthos Town, you can get there in less than 15 minutes. Truly a great base for both relaxation and exploration!

    We have been there 14 times over the past 25 years.

    We have been there 14 times over the past 25 years. Tsilivi town gets rammed in the evening and getting more so each year. The beach at Tsilivi is clean and shallow, but a strong current pushes you along the beach, not dangerous but you won't get out where you entered. So keep an eye on your children. The restaurants are a plenty, food same old. A few stand out. A fun place to visit, and well worth going to if you have never been.

    Tsilivi has been a family favourite for nearly 20 years. The beaches, restaurants and nightlife are great. You can go to a quiet area or if you want a more lively atmosphere the town has it all. My Wedding was in Tsilivi in 2014 and it was amazing. Will always go back.

    Zante Maris Suites is with its 45 suites beautifully situated on the hills of Tseveli, with a good sea view. The whole complex is very well and stylish designed sourrounded by olive trees and flowers. The rooms are very specious, minimalistic designed with great sea views. The staff is very attentive and polite. The service is great. Breakfast is amazing and the pool site and bar is comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. All in all a great vacation.

    Not usually one to leave reviews but my 5 night stay for my first solo trip, I couldn't have chosen anywhere more perfect! Victor was absolutely amazing, catered to all my needs! I also hired a car for the day with Abaton Rentals, and the process was quick and easy! The cleaner was a lovely lady who made sure my room and sheets and towels were always clean. Will be booking again! close to everything you need in Zante! Thank you Abaton!

    Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area and bar were also excellent, and the position of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach, and also close to all the bars and restaurants. We have been to Tsivili a few times now, and it is definitely the best place we have stayed.

    We booked on the day for 1 night. Swift reply with clear instructions We had deluxe studio and was amazing. Modern spotlessly clean. Great location just out from main strip. We only stayed 1 night. I wish we booked it for our whole visit to zante.
