The room was excellent! Modern furnishings, new bathroom, comfortable bed and coffee/tea facilities. The owner was an excellent communicator and the parking facilities were excellent, we had no problems. The suites are located in a beautiful area of Ioannina, just inside the castle walls and close to the heritage sites, but also the modern amenities such as tavernas and eateries.

The Lithia is a boutique hotel in the heart of Ioannina. Located on a walk street and close to restaurants, lakefront and Acropolis / castle. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had quality linens and pillows. We slept very well. The served breakfast is outstanding. For 10 additional euro we had delicious coffee, bread and pastries, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, yogurt with toppings and fresh squeeze orange juice. A supercharge morning for our days of exploring the surrounding areas. The Lithia was our base for four nights and we had great day trips. Parking was convenient and close by. During check in and check out we were able to park in front of the hotel for easy loading. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and helpful. We will stay here every time we are in Ioannina. I highly recommend for a lovely stay.

We stayed for 3 days and loved our stay. The hotel is in a quiet street with private parking very close by. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed using the Spa during the trip. The room was lovey with lots of nice touches. Enjoyed the little tipple and baklava left in the room. The bed was super comfy and was the type we didnt want to leave. The old town is less than 5 minutes away and everything in the town is very accessible.
