The apartment is located in a perfect location just few steps away from the beach (50m) and a few meters away from the main road (which is not that busy), there you can find lots of taverns and small supermarkets. Bus stop is situated 40m from the apartment. The apartment is modern, cosy and it has everything you need. It consits of one big bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, livingroom with folding sofabed, fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It has two terraces, big umbrella and washing machine. If you like snorkeling this part of the island is the best, we have spotted seal, stingray, lionfish and a starfish among lots of other fishes. 15minutes by car is the beach with the most beautiful view of the sunset (Agios Theologos beach). But the most important thing what makes this apartment special were the owners. They rised up the whole holiday to another level with their kindness and friendliness. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to everyone. Hope we see you again Jessica and Dimitris, thank you for everything.

We stayed for a week at the Ostria Sea View apartment. The apartment is just like in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is also a hair dryer available. There were some drinks waiting for us in the fridge. It offers a beautiful view of the sea. At first, we thought the lack of air conditioning would be a downside. However, in the evening the apartment can be ventilated very well — the windows have mosquito screens, and we slept with the windows open. In the end, we didn’t miss having air conditioning at all. The host was very kind and responsive to messages.

The view of the house is amazing. The owner of the house is a very cheerful woman and she tried to help us to have a wonderful holiday. House is clean, cooking equipments are enough for a long time stay. We stayed with a baby and she loved here also.If you like to visit Kefalos, here should be your first choice to stay.

The host was very friendly and polite and did much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered us fruit from their trees and wonderful homemade olive oil. True Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, shop and swim. The property itself is a heaven of peace at the edge of the village, with an amazing view to the hills. It is very well made and decorated, safe, incredibly clean and well organised for a self-catering holiday. Good air conditioning. Well equipped terrace to relax. Situated by an olive grove with many lovely trees, plants and flowers growing. Perfect for a family holiday and for travellers who want to get away from it all. It is a short hike to the beach if you do not hire a car but getting around is easy on that part of the island and the nearby beaches are crystal clear and accessible. Pity we only stayed a couple of days. Thank you so much for this experience, we'll be sure to stay longer next time and recommend to our friends! Myrto

Our experience at Anthos Residence 1 was simply perfect. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need – even beach towels were provided! The location is ideal, in the part of the island with the most stunning beaches. The hosts were absolutely delightful – they welcomed us with fresh fruit and cold water, and on our departure, they even gifted us a bottle of their own olive oil. We will never forget their kindness and warm hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We stayed in the apartment No 2. The place is clean and nice. Beautiful view to the sea and to the mountains. Close to the beaches. Close to the restaurant Agios Theologos, where you can find all typical greece Food. The apartment is simple and perfect for a couple to stay. The owner is friendly and askes if you need anything.

    Good beach- especially for children as shallow, sandy and calm. Too many sunbeds from huge hotel complex but some beach available. Lovely views out to see and to islands. Some great places to eat. Easy to get a bus to Kos town, to the airport and a couple of other places.
