George and his wife were warm and helpful. The tranquility and peace of nature were wonderful. And best of all, our room had all the amenities. It had a wonderful view and a delicious breakfast. While we love swimming in the sea, watching the view from the therapy pool in our room was a true delight.

Owners are super kind, attentive and helpful. We are nothing but grateful. WiFi is fast and reliable and the place is quiet and well located: 10 minutes walking to the koutsoupias beach (best one nearby). The restaurant next is also delicious and fairly priced, offering fresh daily produce (also property of the owners).

It is an excellent accomodation for a big family (5-6 persons) or a group of friends with panorama to the sea and the mountains. Big garden with barbecue and a place to sit together. There is a parking place for 3-4 cars. The flat has a big living room with kitchen and a pool billiard gives a fantastic indoor activity. The kitchen has all the facilities we needed: 2 types of coffee maker, toasters, big fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, etc. Paschalis and Dimitris were very kind persons gave us an authentic Greek filoxenia. Moreover, the beach is 100 m far, so we just walked down. Tavernas are in 200 m. We spent 10 days was amazing 😍.

Perfect location with shops, restaurants and a bakery in a few mnutes away. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a large balcony. The owner is a very nice guy he tried to help us whenever it was needed. Highly recommend this place

The accommodation is really nice and clean, with a good position. It also has a lot of greenery and a big yard. The most important thing is that the hosts were nice and very helpful. We had some problem with our car and they went out of their way to help us and we will always cherish that. If we go back to that part of Greece on holiday again, we will definitely stay there.

    Karitsa is one of nicest villages I have ever been, with lovely traditional surroundings. It is close to beautiful beaches, very peaceful and calm. You could breath the clean Oxygen and feel the positive energy of the place. Nearby you can find natural springs of thermal water.
