The family and staff who built and operate the facility were wonderful. The food prepared in their kitchen was always delicious. The facilities were like new, as if I was the first to stay there. Absolutely delightful!

The host and chef were very accommodating. The attention to detail from the hotel’s decor (dreamy) to the meals were amazing. The ocean views from the hotel were better than the posted photos. The location iis on the most beautiful beach (least windy beach). Crystal clear water, white sand., and short a walk to rented umbrellas and lounge chairs. My husband and I lost a day of our reservations due to the high winds (led to cancellation of our ferry). The host/owner refunded the lost day without us even asking. We were so pleased and touched.

The location of the establishment is good, near by the beach. We rented a car through the owner Liana to explore new beaches and we were able to drop it off at the port. The room is perfectly designed and full equipped. We had a lovely view on the pool and the sea. Liana brought us the breakfast every days with a personal touch daily. We totally recommmand this new property that is very peaceful and relaxful.

From the time we booked , communication was already great. We personally met the host, Zhana when we arrived at the property. She was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful with suggestions during the duration of our stay. We were provided with all amenities including a very tasty welcome treat! We loved our private pool the best , Sas efcharistó Zhana!

The host greeted me upon arrival and offered a lot of helpful information. The cottage was incredibly lovely and everything was brand new! I loved the location, view from the balcony and the local beach, even though it was more remote than I expected. Overall, it was a great spot!

Can't say enough positive things about Alma Libre Villages. Perfect region of Naxos. Exquisite views, quiet, gorgeous wind and sun, views of the sea, sheep, and twinkling Paros. Vibrant garden! Very well provisioned house and kitchen - we prorated multiple meals daily for a family of five with ease. Irene and Dimitri are exceptional architects, designers, and hosts. It was an honor to stay in their villa. We were greeted with Irene's family's honey, jam, wine, and gorgeous pastries (twice!) from her mother. Joyous accommodations and location - which honestly, cast a shadow on the rest of our trip: Naxos at Alma Libre Villages was our highlight. Clean, comfortable, generous, beautiful, atmospheric ease - I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Irene!

    We liked the premises and quiet sandy beach. There is free parking on premise and some very good restaurants nearby. Make sure that when you get the sea view room, you ask for the direct and not the side views room.

    You will notice immediately when you start to drive down the coast and get to thr area of Mikri Vigla that many of the roads have not all of them are unpaved. Leaving this to see definitely more deserted or undiscovered. This being the case, the villa is remote They say there was a three-minute walk to the beach, but honestly, we had to use the car all the time. So the location is both a blessing and kind of a disability - 1+ was we worked our way back for dinner most nights and found what people might call inexpensive taverna’s Kastraki area that were a gem

    I don't want to talk up Kastraki too much because if to many...

    I don't want to talk up Kastraki too much because if to many people are drawn to it it will become overcrowded, like Agia Anna and Plaka have become. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness on the beach, the lack of crowds, and the better-than-decent restaurants within a few hundred meters.

    Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

    Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the two room apartment. Staff were efficient and helpful. Wifi was weak we could not do our work. Hotel was clean and rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast was good. Location was far from the hubs.

    Kastraki is the most windy beach of Naxos : it is excellent...

    Kastraki is the most windy beach of Naxos : it is excellent for kite or windsurfing but not for resting on the beach to read. Surroundings are quite with some restaurants and small supermarkets. You need a car if you stay at Kastriki.

    When I arrived on the terrace was an old bucket with old cleaning water, broom sticks all over the place and beneath at the bottom.od the stairs it was like a trash. There was an unpleasant odeur when I arrived. Also the fridge was washed with old cleansing water, as it was really stinking. No bathroom towels, no kitchen basics like a pan or hardly cutlery. I had to request all a couple of times. Then I was requested to leave the room unthough I had made a reservation for a longer time; all together around 3 weeks!! I should suppose that I'm the best guest with such a long reservation, but I felt treated in the cleaningness and availability of the basics in the room like the worst! Only Maria tried her best to handle this chaos well, but it was not her fault, she was just left with the results of a lack of love of service and cleaningness and had to handle all my complaints at the desk. But it's not her fault. It felt like because it's the cheapest accommodation they can do whatever they like. But it's not a 20 euro accommodation but 50-70. For this price you expect that the host does his basics, but he didn't. It feels like a money machine. There's just the energy of they just don't care. And you have to ask for everything to get solved. Yes the view is spectacular, but the hospitality and having the feeling that people are trying to to their best is absent..also around the villas there was mess everywhere. Because I was the first guest? This can't be. Worst customer care ever (not because of Maria that does the reception, as she has to handle this mess) but because how the property and me as a guest was received. Literally with a garbage mess in front of my studio and terrace. It took two days before they came to clean in

    We had a fabulous stay at the resort. Right from the outset Jiannis and Maria were very welcoming with our arrival on the island. The resort was very nice and all of the small details had been thought of, down to the lovely homemade soap left as a welcome gift. Normally we would have stayed closer to the main city but I am so glad we stayed down at Kastraki beach as it was quiet and charming plus it had more of a locals vibe to it. The beaches down there were absolutely stunning with many options available.

    I cannot recommend Akti Kastraki enough. A true home away from home, the whole complex offers a very special experience. The rooms are brand new, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beachfront is very pretty, and not crowded at all, even in August. You also get to catch beautiful sunsets over the island of Paros. Akti’s entire team is extremely friendly, attentive, efficient, and family-like, making the whole vacation a true pleasure. I came back recharged. Thank you Akti!

    It's a fabulous little getaway just 3 minutes walk from Kastraki beach. Wonderful and helpful hosts, and a really good breakfast buffet. We liked the quietness of the place, as well as the surrounding areas. There are a bunch of restaurants and a few markets in walking distance from the Studios. Since we like quiet areas away from the hustle from the busy tourist areas, this was a really great place to stay. Loved it.

    Beautiful house with great potential and well equipped. The little swimming pool is much appreciated. Located at the end of the compound, it offers privacy, though the atmosphere feels a bit unfinished as some houses are still under construction, The house is close to the beach of Kastraki, the most beautiful beach in the island. Plenty of Restaurants nearby by car. Sea view from the balcony, beautiful!

    It has been a wonderful stay in Naxos, the house is just 20 min away from the town of Naxos and 10 min from the best beach clubs of the island. At our arrival there were fresh bakery products from the bakery near the house as a welcome gift! The owner was so kind she gave us some tips for traditional tavernas!! Super stay!!
