I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very nice, luxurious and brand new (clean!) and the bed was really good. The staff really goes the extra mile, they even helped us find a parking space (he parked the accommodation car elsewhere!). One day we used their breakfast: they bring it to your room, it was very nice and plenty enough (we still had for lunch). The accommodation is very well located. Just 5 minutes of walking to the bus station (so we took the airport shuttle to the hotel) and few minutes more walking you are in the old town. A supermarket is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (if you go out of the hotel, turn left). We liked the fact that it was only 10 minutes walk to the "busy" old town but that we were staying at a quiet location. And if you are planning to do the Samaria gorge: then you will enjoy the Hamam in your room after that walk!! (that was really nice). On our last day we could use the swimming pool after our check out. So we could relax and swim before our flight back.

The Suite is extremely modern and beautiful, with a touch of Greek flair. As well very spacious and clean and the cleaning Lady is so kind and always friendly. It is located very central in the old town, the perfect spot to the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping and of course idyllic oldtown walks. The experience exceeded only by the warm welcoming of our Host Maria. She really gives her very best to make your vacation perfect. We really appreciate her so much, all the recommendations she gave us as well as her caretaking and warm personality! P.S. when you’re there, ask her for the best fish restaurant! The hotel is very new and clean, for us it had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing!! Also we liked the location: it’s like 15-20 min going to the beach on foot and 3 min from the bus station, so it was very convenient for us to discover Crete😊 and of course thanks a lot to all the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful! And especially many thanks to Nondas and Maria for all your help and advice 🤗
