The location was excellent, right by the beach, we could have even breakfast, lunch or dinner by the beach, excellent service from the friendly staff. Food was exceptional. One can feel the personal touch, they make us welcome all the time, like family! We certainly come back as soon as we can.

It is in a super quiet surrounding, still 2 minutes from the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast served was varied and plentiful. There's a rooftop swimming pool which has a nice view of the sea as well (although we didn't use, just went to have a look). Spacious room, comfortable bed. Thanks

Marvelous, renovated house in the center of Argyroupoli village which is in the center of the island (district of Rethymno) equally close to the northern and the southern coast. The house is fully equipped, very convenient and clean. We really loved the terrace and the stunning view to the sea. The owner is really kind and helpful. One of the best houses I have ever stayed. Mattina Apartments is well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. It has secure off street parking, and nice indoor outdoor flow. The hosts George, Mattina and their daughter are very thoughtful, and we particularly appreciated the extra effort they put into making their guests feel welcomed and taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Rethymno.
