We’ve just finished a wonderful two-night stay at Manifest Boutique Hotel and were truly impressed. The hotel’s beautiful stone-built design, perched on a hill with sweeping views of the bay, creates an unforgettable first impression. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention to Maria at breakfast—she started each morning with a bright smile and genuine hospitality, always going out of her way to accommodate us. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully styled, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape. If we return to Mani, there’s no question—we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque escape in the Peloponnese.

Beautiful room in an original "Mani" setting. We were lucky to be on the top floor, where you have like a common terrace where you can watch the sunset. The staff is super friendly and the centre of Areopolis is a less than 2 minutes walk. We did not book the breakfast, which probably was our loss since the breakfast in the town were not that good, so better book it here.

Perfect place. We had a lot of fun staying there. Clean and beautiful place, close to the sea, great location. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and large. The staff is lovely and kind. Especially Nikos, Angela and the owner Maria. highly recommend . We will definitely go back there.

    Spectacular tiny, tidy village on a turquoise bay. We had a wonderful time there, warm clean sea for swimming, fresh seafood on the beach at sunset, comfortable accommodation right on the water. The full force of the summer tourist season had not yet commenced, so it was still quiet.

    Limeni is a quiet location in May.

    Limeni is a quiet location in May. It is very convenient for touring around The Mani area. The easy drive from Kalamata airport to the village is alongside the sea most of the way and has beautiful views from the hilly road.

    We liked everything about our stay here!!! The hotel is at a perfect spot above Limeni. We walked and drive around Limeni and this hotel has THE BEST views of Limeni. We were in room #6 with unobstructed views of the town from our window and balcony! We were there for 3 nights and seriously consider coming back as this was the best part of our trip. Spiros, our host very warm and welcoming and made sure to provide everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding too! We felt really cared for!!

    The facility is located into an historical building right in front at the sea in Limeni, one of the most beautiful locations We have seen in Greece so far. We stayed 5 days in a cosy, well furnished suite offering a superb accomodation. Three windows offering an exceptional sea view. Super comfortable king size bed. Breakfast a la carte served directly on the table. Giorgia and her colleague particularly kind and helpful people. Highly recommended location.

    The balcony was amazing. Front row sunsets every night. If only the bed was on the balcony. Best location in Limeni. The apartment inside was nice. The beds were not the most comfortable but that view made it all ok. Location was the best. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nikoletta our host was excellent.
