We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!!

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ostrakon suites are amazing , the location , the quality of the accomodation and the wonderful Maria on reception .Maria was simply amazing , the moment we arrived Maria was so welcoming and friendly and greeted us every day with her beautiful personality . She constantly went above and beyond in recommending great restaurants , beaches and places to visit on the beautiful Island of Crete . Maria we will definitely see you again ♥️
