Everything was excellent, accommodation is very spacious, looks exactly as in the pictures (even better) and has everything you need from utilities point of view. I would definitely come back again. The beach has pebbles, but you can find a better one if you want after a 2 min drive to beach (not crowded) next to the pier in the west or at Possidi

It was very well equipped. It was nicely decorated. The garden had beautiful lights at night. There is a lady on-site (as the owner leaves in Thessaloniki) who takes care for surroundings and if you need anything.

An exceptional hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. The hotel is located right on the sea—just like its name suggests. From the dining room, which opens to the sea, you go down three steps and enter the hotel’s private beach. The hotel gives off a warm, homey feeling. The staff is helpful and charming, and above all, the hotel owner, Mr. Petros, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay here. An amazing man—warm-hearted, with a great sense of humor.     We stayed very close to the beach.

    We stayed very close to the beach. The beach is not busy beacause is full of rocks instead of sand. The water is calm and clear. There are enough beach clubs and restaurants to explore. It is definetely the right place if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation.

    Very small place, not that crowded which I liked. However, the beach is not great. If you are looking for a sandy beach this is not the place. However, it had some nice fish restaurants and tavernas with great food.

    Very relaxing surroundings and all you need is around of 300m. 2 good restaurants, Mocho is excellent for lanch because Terase is in deep shadows and Goya is excellent for diner’s because amazing sea views. During the day Kudu beach bar with very big space and lot of greenery and palmas is a right place.

    Excellent place with adorable people!

    Excellent place with adorable people! Owners make you feel at home and cared for. In the restaurant are served homemade traditional dishes. The beds are very comfortable.The place is even better than the photos, located right at the beginning of beautiful mountains, away from other hotels and crowded places, has a private beach right next to it, for those who want a restful day. There are beautiful beaches 10 to 25 minutes away by car, for those who want to explore the beautiful nature of Kassandra. There are breathtaking views on the road from the east side to the west side of the island leading to Pefkohori and Chaniotis. There are plenty of places to stop and see from great altitude both east and west sides of the isle. Possidi beach is 20 minutes away by car and it's also worth seeing it!

    We returned to the nice home of Mola Kalyva for the second time, as for us it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea in all its beauty. It is a special, quiet location and the hosts are very discrete and polite. If you appreciate the simple things in life like we do, then this is the place to go. In 15-20 minutes of driving you can get to other villages or resorts, there are supermarkets at 1-2 km.

    We had an amazing stay at Mola Papaya Studios in Mola Kalyva. The place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up, with everything we needed. The atmosphere is relaxing,the location is perfect and the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt at home right away and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back.

    The room was very clean. It was cleaned every day and there were always fresh washed towels. The bed was very comfortable and huge. Staff guys are very kind, hospitable, always with smile. Environment is nice and peaceful with nice garden. Beach is very close to hotel, just across the road which is not so crowdy.

    This place is AMAZING! It has a huge place for kids and huge garden to relax. We spent one night here while exploring the island and were so suprised how good it was. Huge rooms, beautifull sea view, amazing beach just in front of the hotel Also just a 2 minute walk to an amazing restaurant.
