We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

The location was perfect close to everything. The pool was great. The staff, especially Anastasia, was so pleasant and helpful always with a smile . We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who explained everything to us about the hotel as well as the area . I must also mention that the breakfast was exceptional.

This place is fabulous! Really lovely small Cretan hotel with family run feel. Lovely staff, clean and comfortable lovely pool area. Stunning architecture. Set in a lovely cute little village not far from Kolymbari, great location for Visiting the west coast and South and not far from Chania. Lots to choose from at breakfast with fresh squeezed juices from the garden. That can hire you bicycles which we would have liked but sadly ran out of time. The cleaners clean the whole site thoroughly each day and the garden is well kept By the gardener who we caught singing a beautiful song whilst watering his plants!!! Thankyou Anastasia and everyone for a lovely stay.

This is one of the nicest places that a friend recommended to my family. We really felt like home during our stay at Castle Suites. The rooms are so cozy and clean; all the friendly faces around the hotel and in the restaurant are always so welcoming. Our favorite things were the very clean pools, the delicious breakfast and the beautiful gardens all around. The kids loved playing at the children’s pools, feeding the cats and going to the playground. I’m positive we won’t stop coming back to our second home 

    We hosted 10 adult family members in the villa 2-9/8/24. This is a luxurious and special mansion, clean and well-equipped. A large and pleasant pool and a large and beautiful garden. The villa is in a small and isolated village about 30 minutes drive from Chania, 10 minutes drive from a shopping center. The service we received from Hannah was great and we would love to go back there in the future.
