My sisters and I LOVED this property ! The location of the property was perfect for our plans, only a short walk away from club Tropicana and Cavo paradiso and also the nearby bus stop which made it super easy to get to the main town. We had plenty of space for the three of us in our villa, each day we had fresh towels and water provided. We had a pool at our villa and that was perfect to relax during the day, the villa was super modern and also their choice of body wash was AMAZING (truly smells incredible) I also can’t thank the ladies at Eden enough for helping me each day when my luggage was delayed in athens airport. Not only did they reassure me through the process they constantly made calls for me to check up on my luggage and gave me prompt information! These ladies treated us like their own, made sure we felt comfortable and safe and we are forever grateful we were able to meet them during our stay in Mykonos , can’t wait to stay at Eden again !

We stayed at Iria Blue Mykonos for two nights and were absolutely impressed with everything about the hotel! The hotel is ideally located — just a 5-minute walk to two beautiful beaches, with shops and restaurants nearby. A bus stop is right beside the hotel. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and added so much charm to our stay. The hotel itself is new, modern and beautifully designed. We stayed in several different types of rooms: One with a private heated swimming pool, One with a jacuzzi, And a one-bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are two shared swimming pools: A heated pool, And a “fresh” rooftop pool with absolutely amazing views. Sunbeds were always available and very comfortable. The entire hotel is maintained to a high standard — everything felt clean, fresh, and luxurious. Breakfast is served à la carte, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was such a lovely way to start each day. A huge thank you to the amazing receptionist Niki — she truly made our stay unforgettable. She is not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and positive. Always smiling and willing to help, she answered every question and made sure all our needs were met. Niki is truly the soul of this hotel and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. We’d also like to thank Dimitra (the lovely girl working in the bar and restaurant). She served us breakfast each morning with a smile and was always helpful and kind. Her positive energy made our mornings even brighter. This hotel is a hidden gem in Mykonos — romantic, stylish, and run by a team that clearly cares about guest experience. We highly recommend Iria Blue Mykonos and would love to come back again. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

This was the 10th time I traveled to Mykonos. I chose this particular hotel as I knew it opened 1 week ago and I wanted to feel the experience of being the first guest of a hotel room in history. It was the best choice I could have made. A wonderful room overlooking the most beautiful and expensive area of ​​Mykonos. The in-room rock architecture is unmatched anywhere else while quality oozes in all options. I think I won't change hotels again. Ethereum came to make history.

    If you are looking for a great place to go to the beach and have human prices this is the place If you look for party, I would say this place definitely have the vibe, but not the people probably other way more expensive part of town is a better bet

    The villa was beautiful and the view from the villa. The free car service to and from the villa to reception was great as the climb up was quite steep. Breakfast was lovely, even the food at the restaurant was great. We also ate at the Indian and the food there was tasty

    Room was small, it was also quite warm and stuffy due to lack of aircon. There was a fan but it was so dusty I preferred to have the windows open. To be expected when travelling Euro summer! Double bed inside was comfortable enough for the short time I stayed. The shared bathroom facilities were very nice and reasonably clean. The transfers Paradise Beach offer are very handy! The food in Mykonos as a whole was disappointing and expensive.

    Very much a party scene with the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and I live in Cape Town which also has some world class beaches so I know. we took the bus there from the port and it was super easy to find. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

    Extremely nice & friendly staff. Hotel lobby, rooms and facilities are clean. Rooms are spacious. Pool & Hot-tub are cool. Breakfast quality is so good and variety is there. Dinner hasn't that many options but good quality & reasonable pricing. Nearby good beaches and the airport. Mini fridge enough to cool anything you want to buy. Safe is free & enough for a laptop and other devices. Parking is free & available at all times.

    Outstanding service from all the staff. Excellent location. Stunning views. Great facilities, particularly the new Comus restaurant and two infinity pools. Room was very comfortable. Young adult children were blown away by Tropicana Beach Club (300 meters from the hotel) which hosted top class DJ's every night. Excellent security at the Club and they never felt unsafe to be there until 1am in the morning. We needed a doctor for my daughter and the hotel arranged an onsite visit from the doctor within 45 minutes from the request. Hotel then also arranged for the prescription to be delivered at the hotel - super convenient.

    The hotel is located at Paradise Beach, one of the best beaches on Mykonos. The resort is clean, and the room was comfortable and of a good size. I stayed in a bungalow which was at the rear of the complex. This meant that I was a long way from the noise of the disco. The breakfast was good. For those interested in nightlife the resort is probably the best location in Mykonos.

    Miltos was an incredible host. He picked us up from the airport and provided us with heaps of info, which was super helpful for our time in Mykonos. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and in a fantastic location. Great cooking facilities too. A beautiful bottle of wine waiting for us on the last night was extra special. Would stay at Lino’s every time!

    amazing staff who are very helpful and friendly, very good location close to paradise beach, it’s not in the mykonos town centre but very easy access to the bus and taxis can be booked with hotel staff, the room was lovely and clean, housekeeping was done everyday, the bathroom was nice and spacious and had a great shower.

    Beautiful property, we couldn’t fault it! Service was always fantastic and a few choices of pools, the infinity rooftop pool was our favourite. Room was always clean and very spacious! Close to the bus stop to get the bus to Mykonos main town which cost 2 euro each way.
