Very good located and extremely clean, close to Ioaninna, perfect for a stop on the way to the Ionian Islands. The host was very nice and took care of everything.

The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

Friendly staff, clean throughout, an excellent variety of breakfast where staff just couldn't do enough to please residents. Spacious rooms in a quiet area of the main street of Ioannina. The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely personal care products. Comfortable bed. Location was excellent for us. Just inside old town walls. Nice cafe/bar across from the hotel. A bit tricky figuring out how to get to parking because the street Google Maps wanted to send us down was blocked by restaurant sidewalk sign but once we figured it out it was no problem and close enough to the hotel to manage with luggage. The person at the front desk, which is manned from around 9am to 4pm, was very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in while visiting Greece.

Beautiful room with lovely old style furniture. Beds very comfortable. Separate toilet and shower. Fruit plate in our room when we arrived. Staff insisting on carrying our luggage to and from our room, besides giving good advice on restaurants and sightseeing. Excellent breakfast. Free parking garage with reserved space across the street.

Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

This is a family run boutique hotel where it is evident that they strive for excellence. From the clean rooms, nice bedding, beautiful decor, numerous plants and vegetation outside, responsive reception, to the fantastic breakfast selection, everything was perfect.     Pedini is a small little village, just a 10min drive outside Ioannina, and that’s exactly why it’s perfect! You may be missing on the short walks within the old town, but you have your privacy, a great view of the lake and no parking problem, as you would potentially face within the city.
