Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Breakfast : Everything homemade and delicious.

We had a stay of three nights and Loukas was the best and most kind and caring host we met in a long while. This place is highly recommended, it’s a little remote from the city rush in Ioánnina and very quiet through the night. The house was in perfect shape and perfectly clean. It’s a beautiful traditional stone house and if you’re still indecisive of booking it, we strongly suggest to just book - you won’t regret it. The fridge was packed with sodas, there’s all accommodation you need and Loukas and his family are doing a fabulous job to provide you the most pleasant stay. We will come back for sure. There’s plenty to do nearby from going to the museum, to hiking, to visiting nearby villages within a circle of 1h such as Metsovo, the Perama Caves, Ioannina of course, Monodendri, etc.

Super comfortable place with all the facilities you need. The place is Very clean and well organised for self cooking with all the gear you need for coffee,tea,and all kind of meals you want to make. The owner is super nice and generous. He is very helpful and available in any time with quick response. There is a great view from the balcony.

Extremely clean, very good and spacious room, bed and bathroom. Reception service during the day is great. In the evening there was hard to connect with the people in reception as they spoke only Greek. Breakfast is OK. Hotel facilities are great, the hot internal swimming pool is a great advantage.

Highly recommended! The apartment is perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail was thought of. Nothing was missing! There’s a lovely balcony with a table and a stunning view, perfect for meals. The location is excellent, right in the center of the village, with a grocery store, small cafés, and a bakery just downstairs. Our host Silvia was wonderful, very responsive and helped us immediately with anything we needed. There’s convenient parking along the road below the apartment. Just note that you’ll need to carry your luggage up to the apartment, but like all homes in this hillside village, that’s just part of the charm. In short, we highly recommend it!

    I had a really nice time staying there.

    I had a really nice time staying there. The owner of the guesthouse is so helpful and polite. And the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are quite nice and big. It feels like living in one's own house. It's a bit far from my workshop location (Kalentzi) if one doesn't like walking (except I do like walking). Walking down and up the mountain surrounded by a beautiful view like that in the morning and evening is a pretty amazing experience. Another thing, the restaurant owner near the guesthouse is so friendly and really helpful. I really appreciated his kind gesture. Overall, it's a good option for someone who likes walking and exploring nature.
