The hole structure is very beautiful and the staff is SUPER helpful. They organized for us a boat trip to visit Balos and helped us with many other things. The swimming pool is a big added value. The place is incredibly clean and the breakfast was majestic!

Beautiful property, very welcoming staff, especially Dimitri who made our stay in the hotel even better with his travel suggestions. He was also very understanding when we forgot our hotel card in the room so he gave us a new one with no problem. We loved the room and the greek vibe of it and we also enjoyed the happy hour in the evening. Cocktails were just amazing and the peaceful atmosphere on the rooftop was even better. The staff was also very accommodating with our arrival which was out of working hours of the hotel.

Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay. Location perfect,close to town,tavernas and beautiful beach. And yes,food was soo tasty!! Thank you for everything. Sure I will recommend SunnyBay Hotel to everyone heading to Crete. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, just lovely. A small hotel next to the sea with few people (about 10 rooms) so there is silence, you only hear the sound of the waves. The hotel is managed by a charming family that provides service from the heart, at any hour for any request. Breakfast they prepare is sufficient, the bonus, eating on a square outside the hotel next to the sea at sunrise, perfect. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a promenade with taverns and a 5-minute drive from the main street, a 10-minute drive from the port of Kismos from where you can sail to Balos. One hour drive from Alfonsi beach. In short, the hotel is suitable for couples looking for quiet on the beach with access to all the other attractions in the area. An opportunity to say a huge thank you to the family that runs the hotel.

If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay, this is a great choice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, which makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is simple but tasty – a nice way to start the day. The facilities are also simple, but everything is kept very clean with daily housekeeping. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant stay that’s definitely worth recommending. :)

We spent one week at Argo Rooms in Kissamos During the mounth of august. The host is very kind and gave us a lot of usefull suggestions about the best beachs and restaurants. The structure is very clean and has a fantastic position along the sea coast. The view on the sea is relaxing and amazing. We raccomand this apartment if you want to spend some days in the west area of Crete.
