Despite the very challenging situation due to the wildfires in Rhodes, we have nothing but the best to say about this wonderful resort and its lovely staff who helped literally thousands of guests who evacuated from nearby hotels, including many families with young children. Words, can’t describe how lucky we felt. We were there to witness the sacrifice and generosity of the staff firsthand and will definitely visit the resort again as we had a fantastic stay overall. My stay exceeded my wildest expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy and fully equipped. I lacked nothing. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. The location was perfect. Everything. Great location if have hired car, lovely beach within a 2 minute walk with crystal clear water and as calm as a duck pond. Property was immaculate and had all the facilities and amenities required. Pool was ideal for the kids. George was the best host we’d ever had.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

Spacious place, comfortable for family and friends. Great location for those who want to be close to Prasonisi. It takes two minutes to walk to the central place of Kattavia for a tasty meal. For us there was nothing missing and we will return to this place. We have visited many places in the south of the island and for us this was the best place.

I rate the accommodation very positively. Very easy check in. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house is almost on the beach and fully equipped with everything you need on vacation, including folding sunbeds and an umbrella that you can take with you to the beach. Amazing terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sunbeds, big umbrella, shower and a large grill with prepared coals. The refreshments that the owner left in the fridge was nice, including capsules for the coffee machine. The place is great for spending a quiet and relaxing family vacation
