We have very much enjoyed our stay at Hello Village Chania. Very quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. Maria, Ioannis and their mother made us feel at home. They also gave us good tips for places to visit, restaurants, etc.. and made us have very good time in Chania. We are grateful for their hospitality!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The resort is designed for beauty and tranquillity so very soothing and pampering. The spa pool is open at no cost. Meals can be taken in the privacy of your own room or in the restaurant or lovely deck overlooking Chania. Costs for meals were very reasonable and coffee complimentary. Breakfast was fun and delicious. It was made to order and very generous.

I am delighted we chose the Arkadi Hotel for our stay. We were visiting Crete to celebrate my partner's birthday, so the very polite staff at reception noticed that and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing terrace view. Besides that on the actual date, we received a piece of cake up to our room. This is a remark about the hotel's values and understanding of true hospitality. Moreover, the hotel has a great interior and location. It felt boutique and Scandinavian, the room was clean and functionally well-designed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and will probably visit again next summer.

Everything about El Greco is simply wonderful. Location, accommodation, breakfast, facilities and staff. El Greco was also so accommodating when we missed our ferry to Santorini that they happily extended our stay for a few more nights taking extra care of us for the additional days. It is located at the heart of Old Town in Chania, a 2min walk from the parking lot / taxi meeting point, 20min from the city's central bus station, 10min walk from the shopping center and just a 10min walk from Nea Chora Beach (the best part). Next door is an incredibly good restaurant called Kalderimi which is a must-try when in Chania too! Thanks to El Greco for making our stay so wonderfully memorable!

Our stay at Elysia was one of the best ones, I've had; fantastic is very little to describe it! From the front desk ( which was very helpful with all my small questions I've had, always with a smile on and positive energy at all times), to the breakfast staff, our experience was wonderful! All was tentatively placed around us, we felt wholesomely welcomed and right at home- everyones went the extra mile and everything was impeccable!
