Transportation is tricky though, the only working option is a scooter that needs to be booked much in advance. Spetses is a very relaxed island with a picturesque port and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The beaches are good however unless you have transport there it can be difficult to get to beaches as there is an erratic single private bus service.
