The stay was incredible. The staff was super friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The place is spotless, very clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious, comfortable, and decorated with a beautiful view. Truly a perfect place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Loved that the hotel is super traditional and offers temazcal, a very authentic Guatemalan sauna experience. Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

Centrally located. Big hostel with a nice view of the lake. The dorms were clean, kitchen was amazing. They have many places to chill and enjoy the view. The receptionists (both shifts) were responsive. There is hot water. It’s a minutes walk from the ferry and has a lot of eateries around. They provide drinking water.
