Modern,comfortable,clean hotel. Great breakfast,plenty of choice and staff around to check and replenish as necessary. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Not in the centre of Zagreb but a short taxi ride away

Communication with the Hótel was very good. We ask for good parking for the car, that we got. In the Hótel building. It Was very good for small or medium size car. I was happy to pay extra for that. Everything was good and we recommend Hótel 9 for short visit in Zagreb. Thank you.

I loved the room and the swimming pools, very warm and delicious. Breakfast was also very satisfactory. Reception promptly allowed me to have a late checkout (11h30 AM) which was very convenient. I recommend this place. I couldn´t visit the spa but it seems to be amazing.
