What a nice surprise! A room that is actually roomy, moderńly furnished and apparently soundproof!!! Exceedingly friendly reception staff, too, and location couldn’t be better. For the money I spend for a single off-season stay it was absolute steal!

We like to be in the hotel at Easter holiday. They have Easter decorations and food, and in this year we got some surprises in our room, too. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean, food is good. Inside and outside pool and the see are only a jump. 😊

Smooth check-in, really good location, spacious living room. The supermarket at the end of the road made our stay comfortable, no needed for car to do the shopping. One nice surprise was the fig tree in front of the apartman.

We had a lovely four night stay at Villa Sojat. The hosts Ika and Josip were super welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very at home. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty, everything organic (complete with a selection of delicious homemade jams!). The accommodation is very clean and everything in good condition; our room had lots of storage and a new bathroom. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the sea, which was very spacious and stayed cool in the warm weather. The property is on a quiet road up the hill from the main town, so it is very peaceful. Walking into town takes about 30 minutes (steep hill) or driving less than ten. Beach about fifteen minutes walk down the hill. If you’re walking you do have to cross a fast road to get to the beach or town, but we did so and quickly got used to it. Otherwise, driving is no problem and parking is easy to find in the town. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you to our lovely hosts :)

10/10 This apartment is amazing. Perfect view, location, cleanliness,furniture, equipment. In the center, sea view, the staff is very nice... The rooms are beautiful, the beds are new and comfortable, the style, cleanliness and equipment of the entire apartment are impressive, I can't fault anything: Price By far the best in value. I absolutely recommend it, and hope to stay here again😇

Home away from home. Spacious, clean, and very nice. It has everything you may need, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, two bedrooms, air conditioning, and terrace. Close to the beach and walking distance from the city centre. We would definitely stay there again when in Crikvenica.

The advantage is: hotel is very close to sea. Very tasty foods in restaurant and pleasant employees of hotel. The best professional employee in hotel is waiter. Older gentlemen, who was extremelly nice, friendy, willing, helpfull.
