The staff is amazing. Our flight was canceled and we have contacted the hotel almost at midnight. They came to pick us up at the airport. The breakfast started from 7AM, and since we had to leave earlier they prepared lunch boxes for us and a special one for a child. A beautiful, human, warm experience.

Very friendly personeel especially the young lady on reception. She explained how to get into the city on the tram and how much we should pay. Restaurant was also good, friendly and reasonable priced food.
