This was the biggest room we had while touring Croatia and Slovenia and it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished. It also had a stunning view over the sea from the balcony. After a long journey we were persuaded to eat in the restaurant (20 Euros P.P.) that looks out over the bay and we were not disappointed. The food had clearly been prepared by someone who knows about food and flavours. In the morning we were treated to a breakfast feast - probably the best breakfast we had on our tour! The service we received through out our stay was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.

Výborně jsme si to užili. Majitelé nás přivítali jako doma a odstartovalo to fajn náladu po celý pobyt. :) - We loved everything. It was the 2nd time in Medveja for me, so it felt really nice to come back after so many years. The owners welcomed us with love and it kicked off beautiful vacation for us. We came with our dog and he also enjoyed the stay. NICE views from center balcony of 1st floor. BIG THANK YOU's to the owners again! :)

Perfect place for a holiday, minutes away from Kvarner Beach! My family enjoyed their stay at the apartment Leona - easy location, super tidy with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The hosts were super kind and helpful in regard to our questions and requests - all in all, we really loved this place and would definitely recommend it! 10/10

    Small town with a wonderful little OldTown part.

    Small town with a wonderful little OldTown part. I especially like that there is not too many tourists and that you can both enjoy the town beach just as the wild rocky beaches where you have more privacy! I would recommend Lovranski Pub and Delfino for GREAT meal! The walk road by the see - LungoMare give you a huge pleasure by the sea from Lovran to Volosko! The sea is clean and wonderful.

    Lovran is an amazing place, place of historical and natural...

    Lovran is an amazing place, place of historical and natural abundance. The only problem are the roads and basic infrastructure after beautiful promenade in Opatija and Lovran. The cars are driving like there is MonteCarlo, without any consequences or fines, and as a walker going to the beach, you are not considered. Simply, there is no basic traffic lights, sidewalks and you can easily get killed there if not careful enough when passing the main street. This is a problem of the state regulations, but hotel guests are in danger, especially children.

    Well cared for, seafront although lacking sandy beach is well equipped in terms of terraces and steps leading into the sea with handrails to provide assistance. Also well positioned for visiting other locations. We. Visited Rijeka and the island of Krk.

    Just as foretold, a bit smaller, a bit less fancy version of Abbazia / Opatija. The sea is the same :-) Also vey nice villas and apartments, the Lungo Mare is stretching all the way till here. Good food. Old Town is really old and authentic. Depressingly narrow streets, pedestrians only.

    small, lovely hotel in charming villa, just one or two minutes of gentle downhill walk from the nice public beach. Villa is decorated with taste and reflects Lovran, inside and outside. Breakfast is very good, you can ask for something to be prepared as well, but we had enough options on each day. Rooms are large, enough space for luggage and clothes. Beds are comfortable and we did not use air con at all cause villa is surrounded by beautiful park. They offer parking as well, although we found a spot in the street.

    A very beautiful and well designed apartment (: Sandra & Co are great hosts & we really enjoyed our stay. We felt very welcomed. The apartment is a 35mins walk (with great views!) to Lovran and the sea and on the other side younhave the beautiful nationl park Učka that we (and our dog) loved to hike in :) - you can start hiking tours almost directly from the apartment and do not necessarily need a car!

    We booked for one night only, which was unfortunate because everything about this hotel was AMAZING! It is far from the heavy touristic parts, quiet, small private beach, super friendly staff and the most breathtaking view to wake up to. Also, we were allowed to bring our dog with us. Not only I recommend but will also come back!

    Lovran hotel has seen its best times a couple of decades ago. I would say it is an outdated hotel not only from the appearance but also in the minds of people running it. Parking is in front of the hotel but not very convenient and must be closed every time, when leaving. The room itself is very big but in my opinion overpriced.
