Makarska is nice place to visit in June and September. July and August is very hot and a lot off tourists on the beach, and on the streets. A lot of traffic, problem to find parking place. In the afternoon we would sit on our balcony and watch all the boats return to the harbour and had a perfect view of the promenade. The breakfast was good and we were served a huge omelette which was very tasty. The hotel is right next door to many restaurants and a short walk(5-10 minutes) to the beach.
