A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.

Areal, location, swimming pools - inside and outside, great garden and jazucci. Water inside swimming pool was really amazing. Great food both in SteakHouse and Pizzeria, even the prices were higher. Nice spot for the trips around - historical Buje, close to Piran, Portoroz, Trieste.

Ponte Porton is an attractive building just off the small road to Buje, set against the hillside with poplar forests to one side. We found it peaceful and quiet, despite the frequent visitors coming to eat. Nightingale song was a constant backdrop. Our charming hostess could not have been more welcoming and helpful: nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts gave a huge choice, with hot and cold food, local hams and cheeses, and freshly-cooked pies and bruschettas. The evening menu in the restaurant included the typical Istrian pasta and meat dishes (which were delicious), plus a vegan/coeliac menu: vegetarians can’t do too well in Croatia, so they will be pleased to stay here!

A wonderful apartment! A great place to stay, very thoughtfully decorated, incredibly charming, everything you could need is there. We loved everything about the place, and if our plans were different would have definitely stayed longer. The hosts are fantastic people, with an amazing sense of hospitality, so welcoming and nice to talk to. We appreciated them and all the details that they provided, thank you!
