Amazing location, so peaceful with stunning views. Really well-equipped and friendly hosts. Pool area and terrace with outside cooking area and dining table was fabulous. Lovely quiet coves for swimming within a few minutes.

The apartment is big and beautiful. It was super clean and comfortable and had 2 double beds so could sleep 4. Aircon worked really well. The apt is about a 30 min drive from the town centre. It is just outside a little village called Cara. You would need a car if you want to explore. The reviews mention a private beach opposite which is not a beach...it is a piece of rock with sun loungers and a ladder into the ocean. Not suitable if you don't swim. However, an 8 minute walk away is a stunning beach called Zitna Beach. This is pure heaven. The water is stunning...clear and sandy and so so calm. The beach is rocky but we were fine with beach towels. There are no shops or restaurants so bring food/drinks. Near the apt are 2 restaurants...Albertos which has lovely views and a pizzeria with amazing pizza. For us we loved being away from the hustle of the main town....we would defo come back but would rent a car /scooter to explore.

Great for families. Cleanliness and tidiness is at its best. Also the host's help with suggestions for visiting beaches and other attractions. We asked the host for a tourist excursion on their boat, not to be missed, especially interesting for the little ones. The accommodation is beautiful and suitable for young families. We will be back. Apart from the beautiful beaches nearby, there is always something going on on the island so we suggest exploring! You can always contact our friendly host for advice. We highly recommend it!

    We are regular visitors to Cara and Smokvica so the location of this property with its views over the vineyards are something special for us. This property has truly magic views. As an architectural historian, I have always wanted to stay in a stone villa in this part of the island. The pool is small but sufficient for 2 people and the outside eating with strong fan is a lovely settings to enjoy the vine harvesting views sipping Posip. The sea in the distance around Zavalatika and Uvala Zitna are inviting.
